Patricia Butcher is a seasoned Realtor with over 29 years of experience in the Niagara Region. She began her career in a small Beamsville Brokerage with a solid reputation for high sales volumes in Commercial, Land Development and Farm Properties. She later expanded her career to include Residential sales. She has operated her own successful Brokerage for 11 years with 2 partners and earned the designation of Broker, becoming the Broker of Record for the Company.
A pleasant experience is realized when working with her. Her candid yet relaxed disposition assures an atmosphere of commitment and trust. She completed her 2nd term as President and Past President of the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce. She has served 6 yrs as a board member and has been a volunteer since 1988. She is a member of The Association of Niagara Realtors where she served as a Director and Chaired the Government Relations committee as well as a volunteer participant on the MLS committee. Patricia further strengthened her community commitment by her election to Town Council in 1991 for a term of 3 yrs. She is presently a volunteer on the Beamsville BIA (Business Improvement Area) as the Chamber of Commerce Liaison. Prior to her career in Real Estate Patricia enjoyed the travel Industry for 14 years. She subsequently sold her travel agency in Toronto and moved to Beamsville.
